Mike Brass



Mike is president and primary broker of Titus Commercial Real Estate. Before forming Titus, Mike was Vice President at Colliers International where he gained his 25+ years of experience. Mike’s areas of expertise are in leasing and sales of industrial and office properties, and land sales for single or multi-use projects in a development setting. Mike values all people and maintains a strong network of owners, tenants and prospects, working with them daily in order to enhance and retain the value of the properties he represents.

Mike has demonstrated excellence in the areas of presenting clients with clear, concise analysis of the pros and cons of developing and owning real estate; determining profitability; building and sustaining relationships; problem-solving and creative solutions; and achieving and delivering the best outcomes for his clients.

Managing Partner


Lisa’s primary responsibilities include: Negotiating and facilitating transactions; acting as a liaison for tenants, owners and brokers; and scheduling tours. Other responsibilities include drafting proposals and agreements, and handling inquiries about properties. Additionally, Lisa develops and manages all aspects of Titus’ marketing process ensuring a clean and professional image that highlights each client.

Lisa has 20+ years of commercial real estate experience, and 15 years of management and customer service in the retail industry. Throughout her career she has demonstrated excellence in leadership, organization, and technical skills; multi-tasking; accepting and managing responsibilities; and more. Lisa is an exceptional team player and takes the initiative to make things happen.

Lisa’s personality is one of high energy and strong interpersonal skills which assist her in this fast-paced, deadline-driven commercial real estate industry.

New Construction

Scott Thompson

Senior Project Manager, Crawford Merz


As a Senior Project Manager, Scott specializes in managing new construction and build-to-suit industrial projects. With over 31 years of experience, Scott has completed over 3 million-square-feet of commercial construction.

Scott delivered the 126,000-square-foot Bridgepoint Business Park office/warehouse project in South St. Paul two months ahead of schedule, while also managing the build-out for Bridgepoint’s anchor tenant, BW Systems.  He also recently completed a 300,000-square-foot expansion to Imagine! Print Solutions’ facility in Shakopee, a new 51,200-square-foot design-build project for TE Connectivity Sensor Solutions in Andover, and a 20,000-square-foot design-build project for Loomis Armored Transport in St. Paul.

As a fourth generation builder in his family, Scott loves every aspect the commercial construction business. He is passionate about developing repeat business with his clients by delivering exceptional service and earning their business.  An active member in his community, Scott served 10 years as a board member for the Chisago Lakes Youth Hockey Association, coaches football with the
Chisago Lakes Youth Football Association and was a board member of his church.

Mr. Rupnow is a civil design engineer with twelve years of experience providing civil engineering design to numerous sectors. His expertise covers public project design and construction management, design/build of private development projects, permit review and permit application for public park design and road projects, and stormwater/wetland-based planning and design initiatives. He has designed, managed, inspected, and reviewed scores of engineering and construction projects.

Jennifer Pelant

Principal, Atlas Commercial Real Estate


Jennifer has spent her brokerage career specializing in retail real estate, representing local and national shopping center owners in their leasing endeavors. Her geographical focus is the northern suburbs of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, where she has played a fundamental role in re-tenanting vacant box space.

She has also spent a significant amount of her business efforts representing brand name retail tenants as a strategic partner in their site selection, negotiation and market expansion. As the local brokerage representative for Hobby Lobby Stores, Jennifer has been an integral part of new store roll-out in the Twin Cities marketplace, as well as the surrounding Upper Midwest, helping create a premier presence in the market for the client.

Prior to establishing Atlas Commercial, Jennifer spent over a decade at national brokerage firms. She consistently ranked as a top performer, receiving many achievement awards for her high level of contribution and client service. Jennifer was named Retail Broker of the Year in 2012 & 2013 by Cassidy Turley and was also the recipient of the Edge Award and member of the President’s Club. She was also named a Best of The Best broker in 2016 at Colliers International.
