I am happy to announce the formation of Titus Commercial Real Estate. My wife Lisa and I are very excited about this new adventure. I started my commercial real estate career with Welsh Companies in the 1980’s. Shortly after getting married in 1997, Lisa joined me, and through the years we have gained immense knowledge about the industry and developed many lasting professional relationships that we are so grateful for. These relationships are what truly allowed us to step out and become Titus. We are so thankful for all our clients and look forward to continuing to serve you well throughout the coming years. Our offices are now located in Downtown White Bear Lake and there is an interesting story behind our new 4th Street location.

I was born and raised in White Bear Lake and my family has done business out of 4th street storefronts for generations. My Grandpa Brass opened a Ben Franklin store at 2175 4th Street in 1939 and then moved to 2184 4th Street in 1941. My Dad, Robert Brass then bought the store in the 60s. My Uncle Lou Poirier owned a small part of JA Reed at 2171 4th street. My Grandpa Podvin opened White Bear Motors in the early 1920’s. And my Great Grandfather, Theodore Rosdahl was a rail foreman and his home base was the Depot on 4th. It’s an honor for me to continue this legacy in the community our family takes so much pride in being part of.
