The future of real estate looks bright! There has been an acceleration in the Industrial new construction phase, mostly for Owner occupants. The following are examples of completed deals or near completed deals that I recently brokered:

• Schwieters Companies, Inc. purchased 16 usable acres and built a new 144,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hugo.

• Midwest Best Water broke ground on a 25,000 square foot building in Centerville in June and 10,000 square feet remains available for leasing.

• Local Business is expanding their facility by purchasing 1+ acres next door and adding 20,000 sf to their operations in Vadnais Heights.

• Finally, nearly under contract is a 50-acre site with plans to build a 400,000 square foot facility.
